Growing Together: The Launch of our New Website

When we founded JTC, our work was rooted in more than two decades of experience in the gender‑based violence movement. From the beginning, we focused on a simple but powerful truth: each of us has a role to play in addressing harm, preventing violence, and building environments where people feel seen, heard, and believed.

Since our founding in 2023, our work has expanded in ways that feel both humbling and energizing. What started with trainings focused on sexual and domestic violence prevention has grown into deeper partnerships with organizations, schools, colleges, businesses, and institutions of higher education that are seeking lasting, values‑aligned change. Along the way, our offerings have evolved—and it became clear that our website needed to evolve too.

Today, we’re excited to share our new JTC website, designed to better reflect the full scope of what we do and how we support our partners.

Why a New Website?

The world has changed dramatically over the past several years, and the ripple effects are showing up everywhere—inside organizations, classrooms, workplaces, and within each of us. Many individuals and teams are navigating low morale, burnout, high turnover, limited resources, and constant pressure to “do more” with less. In moments like these, it’s easy to feel isolated or overwhelmed, to slip into survival mode, or to believe that pausing isn’t an option.

Our new website reflects a deeper truth we see every day in our work: sustainable change happens when people are supported, connected to their purpose and each other.

This new space allows us to more clearly share:

  • How our trauma‑informed approach supports both individuals and organizations.

  • The range of ways we partner with clients—from strategic consulting to facilitation, training, and long‑term support.

  • Our commitment to accessibility, care, and meeting people where they are.

What You’ll Find on the New Site

Our updated website highlights the ways JTC partners with organizations at different stages of growth and challenge.

If your organization is experiencing low morale, burnout, or high turnover, we outline how we work collaboratively to identify what’s threatening sustainability and develop a clear, achievable roadmap forward.

If your team is functioning well but feeling exhausted or stretched thin, you’ll find information about retreats, workshops, and facilitated spaces that offer tangible strategies while helping people feel validated and reconnected—to themselves and to one another.

For organizations facing budget constraints or hiring freezes, the site explains our flexible short‑ and long‑term contract options that support deliverables, diversify funding efforts, and help build a strong foundation for future growth.

And for individuals and emerging leaders, we share more about our online course on trauma‑informed leadership and supervision, designed to support long‑term learning and sustainable leadership practices.

More Than a Website—An Invitation

At its core, this new website is more than a redesign. It’s an invitation.

An invitation to resist isolation. An invitation to choose connection over burnout. An invitation to remember your capacity for transformation, even in difficult times.

We believe that trauma‑informed work isn’t just about responding to harm—it’s about building systems, cultures, and relationships that allow people and movements to thrive. Our new website reflects that belief more fully, and we hope it helps you see yourself and your work in what we offer.

We’re so glad you’re here.
